Who runs TrendsRadar

TrendsRadar is operated by Sultan Kadyrkesh, a sole proprietor based in Kazakhstan (Astana, Abay Street 1). In these terms, “we” and “us” mean the operator, and “you” means the person or organisation using the service. You can reach us at hello@trendsradar.dev.

What TrendsRadar does

TrendsRadar is a research tool. Through an AI assistant you connect, such as ChatGPT or Claude, it finds public short videos on TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts by topic, reads a public account’s recent videos, shows popular feeds, and returns the transcript of a video. The analysis of hooks and scripts is done by your assistant. TrendsRadar does not download, host or publish videos, and it does not post, comment, follow or message on any platform.

Where the data comes from

The data is public data from a third-party provider. It does not come from the platforms, and it is not licensed from them. It can be incomplete, delayed, rounded or wrong: a video may be missing, counts can differ between sources, some fields can be absent, and transcripts can be inaccurate. Results lean toward the United States and do not cover a whole platform.

Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your login secure, and for everything done through it, including what an AI assistant you connected does with it.

Acceptable use

You must not use TrendsRadar to:

• harass, stalk or profile private individuals;
• copy or republish someone else’s video, caption or transcript in a way that infringes their rights;
• build or resell a database of the results;
• send automated or bulk requests that bypass the product or put our data provider’s access at risk;
• break the law, or the terms of a platform or service you use the results on.

The results are for your own research. What you make with them, and whether it respects other people’s work, is your responsibility.

Plan, trial and billing

TrendsRadar costs $29 a month and starts with a 7-day free trial. Starting the trial requires a payment card, and you are charged when it ends unless you cancel before then. Each account gets one trial. During the trial you have 50 credits instead of the plan’s 1,000. You can end the trial early from your account page and be charged straight away.

Payments are handled by Polar, our merchant of record: Polar is the seller of record for your purchase and handles payment and any applicable taxes, and your card details never reach us. The plan renews every month until you cancel, which you can do at any time from your account page, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable. We may change prices, with notice before your next renewal.

Credits

Usage is counted in credits. One credit is one successful lookup: a search, a popular feed, an account or a transcript. A lookup that fails or finds nothing costs nothing, and neither does the same lookup again within the hour. Credits reset on the 1st of each month, UTC, and unused ones do not carry over. Each account can start up to 300 lookups a day.

What we cannot promise

TrendsRadar is provided “as is” and “as available”. An outlier score describes past numbers against a comparison group. It does not predict that anything will work for you. We do not warrant that results are complete, current or error-free. New data can pause when our provider is down or a spending limit is reached.

Changing or ending the service

We may add, change, suspend or discontinue any feature, or the whole service, at any time, including where a data provider or platform changes or ends the access TrendsRadar relies on.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, goodwill, data or opportunities. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100.

Indemnification

You agree to cover our losses, including reasonable legal costs, from any claim related to your use of TrendsRadar or of its results, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third party’s rights.

No affiliation

TrendsRadar is independent. It is not endorsed by, sponsored by or affiliated with TikTok, Instagram, Meta, YouTube, Google, OpenAI or Anthropic. Their names are used only to say what the service works with.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using TrendsRadar at any time. We may suspend or close your account for a breach of these terms, non-payment, or where your use exposes us or our providers to legal, security or reputational risk, without a refund.

Removal requests

If you are a creator or rights holder and want a handle or video left out of our results, email hello@trendsradar.dev with the link and we will do it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. A material change takes effect about 30 days after we post it, and other changes when posted. Continuing to use TrendsRadar after a change means you accept it.

Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of Kazakhstan, and any dispute will be handled exclusively by the courts of Astana, Kazakhstan.
